WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We use the USPS PRIORITY for all shipments, including international. REMEMBER the processing time remains the same on ALL orders.
Unfortunately, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) to inquire about your package.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL!
We will exchange items in its original state ONLY. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft, processed or worn apparel) in any way. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.
Requests must be made within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. Any exchange request after 3 calendar days will not be honored.
EXCHANGES WILL INCUR A 20% RESTOCKING FEE (NOT INCLUDING RETURN SHIPPING AND NEW SHIPPING FEES)

Due to the nature of the fast paced, ever changing fashion industry, all sales are FINAL and returns are not offered.
To ensure utmost product quality, we check all of our merchandise before processing. However, in the rare occurrence that damaged items are received, we will accept the return of a defective order. Please email us photo evidence of the damaged merchandise to info.shoplacedbyleah@gmail.com; the return inquiry must be done within 15 days of your order’s ship date. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will follow up via email with your return instructions. Your return will be processed after the returning shipment has been received by our store.
